Not an official stat. Razzle defines a "drop" as any incomplete, non-intercepted pass with <15 air yards. This includes throwaway balls, PBUs, and batted passes — not just catchable drops. PFF and NFL use subjective "catchable ball" criteria which we can't replicate from play-by-play data. Use as a directional signal, not gospel.
